The Outer Loop North Phase II project will involve extending a section of the loop from McLane Parkway to Wendland.  The project will create a four-lane roadway with a raised median, bike lanes, and pedestrian trails.  The scope of work includes, sitework, asphalt, site concrete, site utilities, landscaping and electrical.
