Chuck has over 36 years of experience with Emerson Construction Company and over 43 years in the construction industry. During this time, he has become well versed in the “do and don’ts” of the construction industry. This valuable experience will play a significant role in reducing risk to our Clients. Since assuming the position of President, Chuck is continuing to grow the company by focusing on the key qualities of Emerson’s foundation – “Quality, Honesty, Integrity, and Trust.” This foundation directly contributes to the success of the firm, particularly in an ever-changing competitive environment. Chuck’s enthusiasm and commitment to excellence are the driving forces behind the continued growth and success of Emerson Construction Company, Inc.

Bringing over 40 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Chief of Operations, Henry’s project experience includes industrial, commercial, and design-build construction projects, many in excess of $200 million. He’s worked with clients ranging from top Fortune 500 companies to municipal, state, and federal entities. In his current role, Henry is involved in all facets of design development, construction, and the warranty process and is responsible for processes for marketing, construction operations, and administrative/financial functions. Known for his relationship-building skills, Henry has played a vital role in developing strategic alliances and partnerships as well as determining key project pursuits. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

With over 20 years of construction accounting and finance experience and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, Denice is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities within the company. Denice holds her CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional) designation through CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association) and CRIS (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) and is a big part of the community as she is also a member of CFMA. As a member of the Advisory Panel for the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business - Women in Leadership Program, Denice uses her strong leadership skills to help other women not only succeed but develop the same skills that have helped throughout her career. In her spare time, Denice also offers her leadership skills as a board member for Leadership Belton, part of the Belton Chamber of Commerce. Denice is a valuable asset to Emerson not only within her position as the Chief Financial Officer but also through her teamwork and the ability to excel under pressure.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rhonda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her roles. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are key strengths that allow her to successfully manage all aspects of project execution. Drawing on her diverse background, she also contributes innovative ideas and strategic guidance to the design team during the preconstruction phase. Rhonda’s career with Emerson Construction spans more than 20 years, beginning in administration and advancing through various leadership roles to her current position. As Emerson's Corporate Secretary, she further supports the company’s mission by helping guide its long-term vision, corporate governance, and strategic planning

Apple Fulton has been an integral part of Emerson for more than 13 years. Beginning her career as a front-desk receptionist and progressing to her current role as Human Resources Manager, Apple has demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. Throughout her tenure, she has developed a proven ability to streamline daily operations, foster employee engagement, and build high-performing teams that contribute to Emerson’s continued success.

Apple’s deep understanding of the company’s culture and workforce enables her to identify and recruit talent that aligns with Emerson’s values and long-term goals. She is equally committed to supporting employees by addressing their needs, resolving challenges, and ensuring access to essential resources and benefits. Her leadership philosophy centers on the belief that effective teamwork—from top to bottom—is the foundation of a thriving organization.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Apple is actively involved in the community. She is a member of the Belton Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Program and serves on the Business & Industry Advisory Council for Belton ISD, where she contributes to strengthening partnerships between local businesses and educational institutions. Apple is also continuing her education to enhance her expertise and further her impact within the human resources field.

Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, but recently started with Emerson. Jeff has a vast amount of experience on large Federal projects and started his career in residential construction. Jeff’s understanding and expertise in Federal and specifically Ft. Hood projects, will allow his experience to complement our Emerson team.

Bobby has over 35 years of construction experience with projects ranging in size from $2 million to over $17 million. This experience includes all types of new vertical construction including pre-engineered metal buildings, renovations, remodel and site. He has developed a reputation within the construction industry for his expertise and dedication to quality and safety. Bobby’s strong communication and planning skills make him an asset to complete even the most difficult projects. The customer satisfaction ratings he receives are consistently among the highest in the company. Bobby excels in the management of all the team members, strict adherence to the project schedule and in addressing issues on the jobsite before they impact the schedule.

Ashton has over thirteen years of experience in the construction and project management fields. He has been responsible for both new construction and renovation in a variety of industries that range from educational to retail to federal. Since joining Emerson in 2009, he has steadily advanced in his roles and currently serves as Project Manager on all his projects.

He has successfully completed numerous vertical construction projects involving extensive concrete work, pre-engineered metal buildings, retail fueling systems, site civil, landscaping and projects utilizing crushed limestone-based materials. Several projects included the construction of large pre-engineered maintenance shop buildings. He is experienced in managing concurrent construction projects and his projects range from less than $1 Million to over $17 Million. Ashton’s ability to effectively and proactively manage construction projects large and small, to foster excellent relationships with design professionals and subcontractors and to instill a cooperative yet high quality work environment results in greater project completion. His problem-solving abilities and resolution of various project constraints has resulted in a successful track record of keeping his projects on-time and within budget.

Darrell has over 16 years’ construction experience with involvement in a variety of projects from the ground up through completion. Darrell’s loyalty and dedication to quality work has made him a key member to the Emerson team. He has experience managing work involving site work, underground utilities, survey, landscaping, concrete, carpentry, welding, road and traffic diversion and all aspects of construction, working well with the Superintendents to find construction solutions to project conflicts on some of the most demanding project constraints. Darrell’s diverse experience allows him to easily switch from one role to another. Additionally, Darrel manages the estimating efforts for all concrete work and assists with civil estimating.

Courtney has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and has been on large Federal projects and started her career in industrial construction, at URENCO USA in Eunice NM, building a uranium enrichment facility for our country’s nuclear power plants.

Courtney can work successfully both on a team and in an individual setting. Her communication skills allow her to assist the project team and subcontractors efficiently and effectively to ensure the progression of the project and provide problem management to keep the project moving forward.
