This project included the $11.8 Million renovation and expansion of an existing Supercenter. Work included close coordination with the Owner to enable store operations to continue during construction. New construction included site work, concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, roofing, doors, specialty doors, ceramic tile, carpet and VCT, painting, miscellaneous specialties, fire suppression systems, mechanical and electrical work. Emerson served as the prime general contractor.
