This project included the construction of two separate ranges (Clabber Creek and Jack Mountain) totaling 8 firing trails with concrete turn pads, 39 turret down defilade positions, 210 stationary infantry target emplacements, 8 armor moving target emplacements and 140 stationary armor target emplacement. Other facilities include staging and parking areas, helipad, limit markers, electrical distribution, fiber optic communications, copper phone lines, storm drainage, low water crossings, service roads and berms. Emerson completed this project with no lost time incidents.
