The project involved the four-month fast track of a 20-acre site that included a 16,000 sf shop, 9,000 sf administrative and office space, 12,000 sf warehouse and a two-bay, 12,000 sf truck wash. A large gravel parking area was also included. Emerson served as prime general contractor and self-performed the concrete work and steel erection.
